If you find you need to exchange or return an item. Please reach out to us within 14 days of the original purchase date and provide the following information to get started:

Items must be in it’s original packaging and the quantities must match the initial amount sold to qualify for an exchange or return.

All custom items, such as those with unique print or made to order goods are final sale.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Discover) as well as checks, electronic fund transfers and customers are welcome to also pay upon pickup at our store.

For check or electronic fund transfers, please refer to our payment instructions upon checkout.

In order to view your purchasing history, as well as to re-order your goods. We highly recommend that you create an account in order to preserve this information, all past orders can be reviewed under My Profile > Orders.

Otherwise an email will be sent to you after each order you make, please preserve a copy for your own records.

The shipping costs is estimated based on the total weight and dimension of the product(s) you wish to purchase. To generate a shipping quote, please add the desired items into your cart and proceed with the order. Once your order is completed, our customer service rep will reach out to the email attached to your order.

We will provide you with a few shipping quotes from different shipping companies to ensure you the best priced. Once we have an agreement, we will update your invoice with the shipping fee and will email you with the payment link

Once your order is paid we will coordinate the time frame for your order to be shipped and received.

Our usual processing time is 1 business day, and shipping time may vary depending on destination location.

With each purchase a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the sale of our products internationally at this point.

Only Canadian addresses are eligible for shipping.

Yes, we offer free local deliveries within our delivery zone for orders over $200, otherwise a flat rate delivery fee of $25 will be added to such orders.
